Today the 11th Bomb Squadron, =AVG= has officially been formed. The members of the 111th Bomb Squadron headquarters have been promoted to their respective positions and ranks. The members of the 11th Bomb Squadron HQ are as follows;

Lt. Colonel Python - Commanding Officer
Major Dougalachi - Executive Officer
Major Jagr - Operations Officer
Major Screwball - Adjutant

Congratulations gentlemen. I know that you will do a fine job.

The headquarters staff of the 11th Bomb Squadron needs to fill two more billets. They are the Training Officer and the Recruiting Officer. If you are interested in either of these two positions, and you do not currently hold a position in another squadron's HQ, please contact Lt. Colonel Python.

Any pilot that wishes to transfer to the 11th Bomb Squadron that does not currently hold a position in another squadron's HQ, please contact your Commanding Officer to request a transfer. At this time I am asking that any member who currently holds a position in one of the squadron's headquarters refrain from requesting a transfer to the 11th Bomb Squadron. Once we have all of the vacant HQ positions filled, we will begin accepting transfer requests from those members that currently hold a position in one of the squadron's headquarters.

I have high hopes for the 11th. If we get working formations into FS and WoW, we will be a force to be reckoned with.

=AVG= 11th Bomber Squadron *bombs into oblivion* enemy ground forces.

Python has found a good bombing manual that would be helpful for anyone interested in bombing, either with a group or by themselves, at any time. Ill let him post that up for others if he wants to, since it was his find.

I appreciate that, Screwball. But, I will not accept a promotion to full bird Colonel until I have accomplished the task that I have set as a goal for myself. That goal is to complete the group, and that includes the 3rd Pursuit Squadron, Hell's Angels. Until we have created the 3rd Pursuit Squadron, and filled every billet for all of the squadrons, my goal has not been reached.
