Major SNA2007 has served as an example for the members of the =AVG= from it's inception. He has been an active participant, and he has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Major SNA2007 has worked with members of the =AVG= to teach them how to be better pilots at every opportunity, which has proven instrumental in the development of the group. Further, SNA2007 has laid the foundation for our training program, having taken from what little personal time he has to write the =AVG= Primary Training Manual.
SNA2007 has distinguished himself by outstanding non-combat meritorious service and is hereby awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. Major SNA2007's actions are in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Armed Forces and the Army Air Corp. They reflect well on him, his squadron, and the =AVG=.
