To setup your Signature on the Forgotten Skies Forum copy the code below your Sig on this page, go to the FS forum, click the "User Control Panel" link in the upper right hand corner, in the options section on the left click the "Profile" link, click the "Edit signature" link, paste the code you copied earlier into the Signature box, then click the "submit button" and you are done.
