I know there are some modder's in our ranks, and I was hoping they would either know where to get, or can possibly make a T-6 Texan for IL2 1946?

SHH!!!...
This plane was given to me by a 3d Artist a long time ago. i was suppost to import it but it kept getting thrown into the back burner.
There are more important planes to be imported. So we skipped the T-6. Any ways i got all of WWI waiting on me :p

But's it;s a franken plane. Simply the SBD with a inactive rear gunner and a a closed canopy.

That may be, but it is the only thing anyone is actually working on as far as a Texan/Harvard is concerned.
George asked for a Texan and this was all I could find.
BTW American, you keep working Canvas Knights. I am dying on the vine waiting for that one.

That one would suit me just fine BigO, they have T-6's in CFS2, I am wondering if some how I could cross a CFS plane over to the IL2 realm?????

I do not know about CFS-IL2. I know that there are all kinds of Texans/harvards for free download for MS Flight Simulator X. I have a bunch of them.
I actually got to fly in the backseat of the Canadian version of the Texan (Harvard) a few years ago in an air show.
It was freggin awesome. If I ever figure out how to post movies I will post the video I took from inside the plane showing the other planes only a few feet away as we did the fly-past and missing man.
