S! Tiger and company

THe PBNs have got to be moved from the fleet to Midway. For some reason the game keeps trying to start them on the carrier deck or off to the side of the deck usually resulting in an immediate fireball of death.

For some reason the PBN-1 appears on the carriers and not at the Midway Seaplane base, although that is the only place it was assigned. For the time being I have removed it.
