unfortunately the only thing they say is to keep trying until ya get a good one...
fortunately ( if you can say that ) you can test each archive with winrar to find the corrupted one and only need to download that one.

Mine was the 1st file that was bad...second attempt proved to be a good one.

Keep trying.

That is the intent. I'd try it before I deleted my HSFX inatallation, though.

I downloaded and installed the patch from the link on the first page of this topic. I used Mirror three and I think everything went smooth.

The only issues I have noticed are:

1. During installation I got 2 messages stating that the skins for the Gladiator MK II and the B-29 could not be copied.

2. The fairey fulmar MK I has a big purple blob where the wind screen should be, making it impossible to fly.


I'm still going through and messing with the new aircraft and MODS and so far those are the only issues I've had.

was the message for the skins or a thumbs for the skins...if for the thumbs I hear no worries for that .
Keep an eye on the UP site for bugs ( purple windscreen issue )
although my fulmar loaded up and views were fine....I'll keep my eyes open for this issue for you .
There was one there before about a pruple screen but I forget what it said.

Well, now the fulmar works but earlier I was flying in Ravgriz's server and after a while ALL my aircraft and most of the landscape went completely white.

I think Zombie started having the same issues as me too. Hopefully they come out with a bug fix for this because it will make flying in a server impossible.

You need to confirm if Raz was running a UP 2.0 Server. That may be part of it.

O.k., I am completely fed up with this stupid thing.


Now, I can't play anything other than 4.09M vanilla. everything else crashes at %5.

Does anybody know how to uninstall this piece of crap? It appears to be nothing but bugs, one thing after another.

I'm going back to 1.8 until somebody figures out how to debug this thing.

If you want....

Firstly, I would try a second fresh install in case you got corruption on the first attempt.

Second , if you want to uninstall just run the installer package again and select the uninstall option.

edit note....

I was goofin with different mods and got the 5% crash happening to me...
unfortunately I do not know what all I was flinging through as I went along...

Fortunately all I needed to do was run the uninstall and then the install and it all went back to beautiful again...

ONLY thing I had to do after that was load up my config file for my settings in the USERS ...DOE file of the game...
