Hardball's Aircraft Viewer

I am not sure if you guys have this or know about it, but I will put a link here to it. This is a really cool utility that can compare two aircraft against each other and shows you the strengths and weakness' of each aircraft. The download button is on the right. You might need to add a DLL file to your sysyem folder. That is the second link.

where do I put the dll into my system (what system) can you give me a path example? kind of dumb when it comes to some computer stuff. LOL I wouldlove to use the info for comparing
